EAT STOP EAT IT WORKS
Recently I came across a web site called eat stop eat. The author Brad Pilon who is a nutritionist recommends one to two days of fasting or under eating a week. At first I was very skeptical about fasting and calorie restricting, but after reading and surfing his site and all the information I decided I would give it a shot and guess what it works and I feel great. Being a husband,father,and trainer it is difficult sometimes to always find time for my personal workouts and for proper nutrition well not anymore Mr.Pilon has given me the answer Eat Stop EAT I recommend visiting his site read the research and decide whether it would be right for you. On a side note my partner who is also a trainer (c.s.c.s) has been practicing it for just under a month she reported to me yesterday that she has lost 7lbs and 1 inch from her waste in less than 3 weeks just by fasting 1 day a week. www.eatstopeat.com
