WHAT IS THE TABATA PROTOCAL?



The Tabata protocal is 20sec of high intensity exercise with 10sec rest periods for 6-8 rnds. Any exercise can be used during this process. I found this to be the best form of exercise for myself and clients. The protocal can be done in under 20 mins this includes proper warmup, who doesn't have 20 mins to dedicate to exercise a day think about it. I personally use the kettlebells for most of the exercises, but trust me body weight in this program can be brutal. To learn more go to Google and look up Dr. Tabata hundreds of articles will appear.
