BACK TO GRIND

After a week off it's back to the grind.

Warm up included z drill along with some good old fashion wall squats,halo's and pumps 10mins total.

Then it was vo2 max protocol 15 on 15 off 7 reps with 24kg.

I totaled 20 mins before I gassed, I was drenched.

It's good to be back, remember sometimes the best medicine is time off.
