Resolutions


How is everyone doing with there new years resolutions? Rememeber that fast approaching is the the dreaded plateau period about 12 weeks out. I have always found this to be the best time to take a week off, you heard me a week off. Why you might ask just think for a minute how hard you 've been working your body over the last 2 months, and for some of you this might be your first experience with exercise, or may be for some it's been awhile. Either way take a week off work on ROM and Flexibility trust me your body will respond and work better for you. Remember less is always more and consistency is the name of the game.
