NO GYM NO PROBLEM


No gym no problem being healthy doesn't mean you need a gym membership, all you need is imagination and motivation. Sunday was a busy day I didn't have alot of free time and I needed to get my dog Charlie out for a run. This is when I discovered New England Kettlebells Training Rock approx 100 pds of lifting fun. Here is the circuit I made up.




1 MIN jumping jax


10 cleans


10 squat


10 burpees


10 chest tosses


10 shld presses (careful)


1min rest repeat 5 rds


approx 15 minutes




Remember it's quality not quantity


not counted jumping jax, rest, burpees = 10 min I did approx 20,ooo pds of work in 5 mins(give or take a couple of min, of actual lifting). Think about 4O reps first round100 lbs each rep = 4,000 x 5 rounds = 20,000lbs of work, now compare that to your time spent traveling to the gym and actual time working out HOW MUCH WORK DID YOU GET DONE? HOW MUCH DID IT COST?
