Helping you learn to activate your lat. Here is a little

tip that will help you begin to understand or recognize

when the lat is working. Sorry the end got cut off

practice this move 10 x a day for a week it will help you

learn to put the lat under tension rather than having the

shoulder do all the work, this will help especially in any

over head kettlebell activity
