more of the best

my next favorite site comes from the diesel crew this group of collaborators always comes to the table with cutting edge outside the box ideas. I think my favorite thing about diesel crew is they are so innovative they always have something new for you to try and incorporate into your own program. They have lots of videos for you to look at and tons of articles for you to read. If your training athletes or regular Joe's you need to keep up with the diesel crew. www.diesalcrew.com

favorite sites

my next informational site and trainer is Joe DeFranco Joe another jersey boy brings nothing but authentic no bullshit programs that without a doubt bring success to those who implement them. The best part is that these programs are used by professional athletes but can be used by anyone to create crazy results. The basic upper max ,lower dynamic, upper rep ,lower max and some sprinting. go to www.defrancotraining.com and read some of Joe's articles also go to his youtube page to gets some inspiration from one of the best in the biss.

sean's top 7 informational sites

over the next week i will bring you my top seven favorite sites relating to health and fitness. I will discuss what each site brings to the table and how it can help you with your fitness journey. I believe in these sites and use them daily to learn from the best.

today's site comes right out of the garden state( side note you will notice that some of the baddest trainers in the country are from jersey must be the water). anyways the first site comes from the under ground strength coach himself Zach evn-esh www.undergroundstrengthcoach.com . just like it sounds Zach brings a no nonsense approach to training he never holds back and surrounds himself with other great coaches a absorbs all the important and disregards all the useless stuff. his site has tones of videos on training and different tools and how to implement them in a fun and and functional way i recommend signing up for his newsletter and so you can find out what is the cutting edge information of the day Zach's best quality to me is he is so willing to help out the new guys by letting them know about all the pit falls in our industry and how to avoid them. go check it out yourself and be sure to bring and open mind. peace out Sean

EAT STOP EAT IT WORKS

Recently I came across a web site called eat stop eat. The author Brad Pilon who is a nutritionist recommends one to two days of fasting or under eating a week. At first I was very skeptical about fasting and calorie restricting, but after reading and surfing his site and all the information I decided I would give it a shot and guess what it works and I feel great. Being a husband, father, and trainer it is difficult sometimes to always find time for my personal workouts and for proper nutrition well not anymore Mr.Pilon has given me the answer Eat Stop EAT I recommend visiting his site read the research and decide whether it would be right for you. On a side note my partner who is also a trainer (c.s.c.s) has been practicing it for just under a month she reported to me yesterday that she has lost 7lbs and 1 inch from her waste in less than 3 weeks just by fasting 1 day a week. www.eatstopeat.com
